and picture messages, colour wallpaper/logo or Help, JAVA games and other
SMS Community or Subscriptions.
Which mobile network does this service support?
Services are available to all Maxis (012, 017), Celcom (013, 019) and DiGi (016)
postpaid and prepaid users in Malaysia.
What handset models does this service support?
Services are available for most handset types.
What is the difference between an SMS content and Rich Content?
SMS content: Mono Ringtones, Operator Logos, Picture Messages and SMS Community
or Subscriptions
Rich content: Polyphonic Ringtones, TrueTones, Colour WallPapers, Colour
Operator Logo, Colour Helps and JAVA Games.
SMS contents are delivered to your handphone via SMS. Rich content can only be
delivered to your handphone via WAP/GPRS.
How can I download or dedicate?
You can download or dedicated using SMS from your handphone.
Who can download and how to join?
User must join the Mobileat3 to download content (except community and subscriptions).
If you are new user, you can download any content to join Mobileat3.
How much does it cost to join?
Weekly hot downloads will be charged RM 2.00 per ringtone/polyphonic.
How much does it cost for each download and dedication?
The cost for each download and dedication depends on which content or service
you requested for.
What are Points?
Points are loyalty points available only to users who have download or request
content(s).
With these points, users can redeem selected content and occasionally
promotional items for free.
Can I dedicate to my friend if we are using different mobile networks?
Yes, you can dedicate to your friend(s) who are using a different mobile
network. Be sure to check the content is supported by your friend's handphone
first before making a dedication.
How long does it takes for the dedicated content to reach the recipient's handphone?
All items should reach your handset within a few minutes. If your request has
not received within the hour, it could be due to congestion in the networks or
you have insufficient credits if you are a prepaid user. In any case, you may
contact our customer help line at (03) 74944832/5 from 10am - 6pm, Monday -
Friday, except Public Holidays.
What is the minimum credit required if I am a prepaid user?
For Maxis (012, 017) prepaid: You need to have at least RM 5.00 worth of credit.
For Celcom (013, 019) prepaid: You need to have at least RM 5.00 worth of credit.
For DiGi (016) prepaid: You need to have at least RM 10.00 worth of credit.
What should I do when the mono ringtone or operator logo reach my handphone?
For most NOKIA handphone models, you will see "Operator logo received" or "Ringtone
received". Press Option and then Save.
How can I delete a saved mono ringtone or operator logo in my handphone?
Operator logos and ringtones cannot be deleted from your handset once they
are saved. However, you can still replace them with a different operator logo or ringtones. If you want to erase your operator logo completely just type

I receive an SMS with the following -
"Message cannot be displayed here". What is this?
The following message indicates that the mobile content you requested for has
actually been sent to your phone BUT your handset model may not be compatible
to support this feature.
